Consultant Notable Engagements:Helped a real estate firm double annual revenue form $30m to $60m in sales though an aggressive pay-per-click ad campaign, SEO program, and web presence expansion.
Helped a firm reduce IT maintenance costs by over 60% while simultaneously implementing a program to enforce software license compliance.
Consulted with a client involved in trademark litigation. Provided analysis of the real-world implications of settlement terms and recommended counteroffers which would minimize the effects on the client. Case was settled favorably and final terms had no measurable negative impact on client’s business.
Helped a firm cut costs of print materials by more than 50% by bringing design and layout work in-house and utilizing low-cost, internet based print services instead of local brick and mortar establishments.
